French maître d’hôtel Fred Sirieix, best known for hosting Channel 4’s First Dates and BBC Two’s Remarkable Places to Eat and Million Pound Menu, will take the main stage and participate in an interactive keynote session at this year’s Cvent CONNECT® Europe. The hybrid event technology conference, hosted by Cvent at the InterContinental London – The O2, will take place 5-6 October and will offer both in-person and virtual experiences.
A highly respected figure in the hospitality industry with over 25 years in the business, Fred is an expert in understanding how service impacts a customer’s experience, a brand’s reputation, as well as its link to business survival and profitability.
